annulment of marriage

dear experts,
i lately realised that my marriage is void in the eyes of HMA1955, i had court marriage with my mother's sister's brother's daughter, now girl is staying at her parents house. i got below queries :
1) what is maximum time upto which we can apply for annulment from court.
2)what problem we may face in future if we dont take annulment and try to settle wid different partner.
2) how long its take to approve annulment from court once we have applied for the same
4) how much cost for entire procedure
5)girl might claim her sexual and mental loss due to marriage, which is now void by law. so how court will handle this things. will i have imprisoment.
6) it is ok if i started the procedure of annulment. or its good to be wait for notice from girls side.
7)i had to look after marriage expense and jwellary for girl. will i get it back

What do you mean by"my mother's sister's brother's.....". Mother's sister's brother cannot but be Mother's brother!

hey u guy didnt elabrote above things in ealrier post. and tht post became so much lenthy so i posted fresh one, @sainath why did u become so harsh? have you gone through my earlier post, dont you feel the difference between two posts? and i posted both the queries by under same name. i have other good sites if want to do timepass. i have geninue problem in my life thats why writing over here.

Your problems could have been addressed very properly by an expert local advocate had you discussed it at length (as you are doing it here)with him/her instead of giving piece meal information here in one thread after another. The question is not about time pass but misuse of experts free service here.
However let me answer your questions as follows
1)Your mother's sister's son is a brother to you and his daughter becomes your daughter too, so did you not realise this vital mismatching before marriage? This close relationship is a known fact so you cannot claim to have discovered this prohibitory relationship very lately after your marriage therefore you have to file the annulment case within one year from the date of marriage.
2) Any marriage contracted subsequently without dissolving the previous marriage by law, the subsequent marriage will be held void.
3)The time taken in the court for disposal of any casee is not predictable, you have watch the developments closely.
4) Advocate's fee will differ from one another, again this is also not predictable.
5)In civil case there is no such thing called imprisonment, therefore it should be seen if she would lodge a cheating case against you in police which if proved you may be convicted but that will take time.
6) If you are affected it would be better you initiate the process, why wait for her to do it?
7)If she agrees to reimburse/return then you have chance or else No.
