Validity of sale deed by unregistered gap

SIR.

i am from karnataka, arround 10 years ago my father had gifted my one site, at the same time i have given unregistered GPA, now after 10 years without my knowledge my father has sold that site to some one. kindly tell me the validity of sale deed, can i file the suit for cancellation of sale registered on unregistred GPA.

1. Why the GPA was given?
2. To whom the GPA was given, (to your father?)

3. How can you prove that you have no knowledge about the transfer made by your father?

4.Have you imposed the condition, in the GPA, that the agent has to get permission from yourself before selling the property?

5. If the buyer complains that yourself in nexus with your agent made a conspiracy and try to victimise himself, what will be your response?
