bar council enrollment

Dear sir am studying 5th sem 3year llb But recently s false 506 is booked against and its pending in magistrate court after i finish my llb will this pending case create problem for my enrollment

Sir i read advocate act 1961 disqualification for enrollment where if convicted not eligible for enrollment but i know my case will end in acquital i have strong evidences .. But i depend on this llb only for my bread will this pending case effects my enrollment

Sir but case will delay in our courts by may ill complete my llb this pending case will effect my enrollment will they refuse
