1. The last drawn basis in the Secondary Grade Teacher will be pegged as the basic upon such employment through technical resignation by the new employer.

Apparently, in the original post, you were in PB-1 of 5200-20200 . Your band pay has been 12750.
As PG Assistant, you will be in PB-2 i.e 9300-34800. The Grade Pay being 4800, your starting pay in the Pay Band will be 13350. As such, there is no pay protection required.
