All learned advocates, From shaadi.com regarding marriage, i got a profile after which she requested me to talk initially then if ok will meet and then decide.we started to talk...she was in lucknow and i m at delhi. Due to distance time extends little and aapproximately an year passed in between she changed job in delhi. We were in touch in between she requested to book some ticket, i booked for her. Finally we decided a place and time to meet.
I reached at decided, but i didnt seen her only after telephonic interaction she said u r not at decided place, i am returning and she returned. In short i felt her as a fraud case. I said ok return my money and close the chapter. She is not connecting on call and procrastinating for same.
What could be remedies to recover the money and do needful ? Kindly help me in this matter..... helping and trusting girls becoming too risky.
Kindly suggest appropriate actions...

The money not given to her and she did not gain any money do no case of fraud made out. You may come in tort for wrongful lass caused to you.

Sir, 1. the money is used by her as she trvelle d on said ticket.
2.Fraud i said regarding a- marriage and all till a year or more. 3. Meeting & all, physical, financial and time loss or torture.
Will it not covered under 420 and harrassment ?

1) What was the amount of tickets you booked for her and from which place to which place, when both of you were at Delhi?
2) How you delivered the tickets to her?

It not a query as you state.It real incidents happened with me.To forget such incident is not a wise, i feel a better approach is to device an approach as a solution to such incidents.

I booked ticket for amount Rs 697/- for Delhi to Lucknow. I booked same via internet banking, i do have all details and like PNR, Bank transaction and other required proofs.
Ticket has been delivered on her mobile as i put her number in passenger mobile at which railway will SMS.
Now even after asking she is openly stating that "Nai dungi, kya kar loge"...and many more...
I do have all whatapp transcript as proof with me to confirm my statements..
I do understand that in India maximum laws are women biased. But Is the current situation has become so worst, that any woman can perform any sort of fraud/harassment and openly challenge and can do anything with anyone...Is the situation so bad...as even SC has declared Legal Terrorism to 498a...and approximately 60-70% cases in court come as fake with objective of financial and other benefits ??
It is for 697 or 1000 but what if the figure has 2 or 3 more zeros afterwards. Can even that time learned advocate like sh sainath also state, to forget ?? even if same happen with there someone close ..
I humble request to state genuine...please..
