Sir,
I was married 25 yrs back.
I am from poor family. And my in laws are from rich family. I am a bank officer earning Rs 60000/ p m.
My in laws are grabbing my full salary, and constantly degrading my father and mother verbally in low level language.
I am helpless in this matter; I can’t defend my parents because of my weakness.
My asked me to take divorce by mother just after 2 days of marriage. Now 25 years passed and every day they are abusing my parents and me. Sometimes they are beating me. They made me to take housing loan of Rs. 1500000, and made me to pay installment every month. I have a daughter who is studying in final year of engineering.
I wanted to take divorce after completion of my daughter education.
Please guide me best course of action legally.

It is you who is responsible for all your travails.
If a person can not even raise his protest I wonder anybody can render any help.
I find no solution for a person who in spite of being a man can not confront his wife and in laws agaisnt the atrocities on his own parents.

Being a Bank officer, get yourself transferred at some far flung area and if your wife do not want to company you, take your parents with you. Only taking bold steps may protect you from humiliation. No other can help.
