Divorce case

Sir/madam
I am 38 years married man since 2007
Me and my wife never stayed together due to education when time came we couldn't handle each other also my family was having problem with her behaviour
Today it's been almost 2 years we are not in talking terms and not staying together my kids are with her she is not willing to give I have one daughter and one son. I don't want to break any bond of brother and sister so I want them to be with their mother.
But she has decided never to give divorce.
These days courts is giving its decision more on females word what should be done in this case
Kindly help me out

What exactly you want to do in this case? Description of grounds does not justify for taking divorce against the wishes of your wife.

Dhingra sir I want divorce because it's very difficult to spend entire life with her my parents are getting old she is not ready to take care of them. She is not willing to file divorce. What if I file a case. In what way I can get divorce. I am ready to keep children if she is willing to give. But about children it comes after divorce how to deal with this.
On genuine ground it's very difficult to stay with this female we can't set good example of mother and father for kids as we fight daily so it's better to end it rather than carry it.
