I want to know,the photographer who made the video & photos of our marriage.ir is possible under section - 91 to send notice to photographer for duplicate of video & photos or their is another section.
I have already registered my FIR ON 1/01/15 and 8 year had pass to my marriage.my all the proofs video's& photos are in hand of my in laws and they deny it.

Yes,photographer is good witness of marriage photos and videos.

You can call the Pandit who performed the rituals of marriage.

You can call photographer as witness through court.

Sir, thank for reply. I have maariage certificate. But, i want to know how to get the duplicate copies of my marriage videos and photos from the photographer. Because the photographer told me i can't give you the duplicates because your husband sayed to me do so.
So, can i give notice to photographer under section-91 or there is any other section.??
Please help me regarding notice under section-91.
