I have filed domestic violence case against my husband and inlaws. I have recived threat calls sometimes back to withdraw case

1. In DV case there is no scope for punishment of a person. He will be at the most directed to pay maintenance and one time ump sum money.This statments is not enough to avoid your maintenance.
2. When your FIL passes such comments immediately bring this to the notice of the court.
For threat calls lodge complaint with Police.

If the DV case is not giving you the relief you want, then you have other legal ways to get relief.. Collect the strong evidences and file a complaint against them with all true and justified facts. Take a help of a smart lawyer.
