Sir/Madam ,
I got an accident in gannour Harayana , last december , i was present so for in all dates , now i am forcing to pay Rs 2 lac for compromise, otherwise they will give punisment of jail , my own advocate is doing some thing wrong , as everybody know
Gannour last incident , so i am fearing also ,

It appears final decision is passed and conditional order of conviction is granted.
If that is so then prefer an appeal and try your luck in appeal court.

Generally (at least in Kerala) the accused (is encouraged to) plead guilty and the matter is disposed by imposing a fine of Rs.2000/- and no imprisonment.
Every Magistrate follows set norms in this regard. Please ascertain the practice in the court you are summoned.
Any how, offences cited does not involve such huge fine. Moreover, a Magistrate has no powers to that extent.
