1. Whats the stamp duty + tax if a husband gifts property (non ancestral) in pune to wife?
2. Whats the stamp duty + tax if that wife (a married sister) gifts the same property (non ancestral) in pune to other married sister ?

if the property is residential or agricultural is Rs.200/- within the family members. and for any other immovable property is @Rs.2% on the true market value and in addition to the both 1% stamp duty leviable under local bodies act.
