Respected Sir/ m'am,
As suject suggests itself, my mother want to stay away from my father.
My father is a rail way police constable.
Their marriage was done in 1984. She got job in 1989 as a primary teacher in Z.P.
We are 3 brothers one is of 30 years old. Mine is 26 n younger is 24.
My father plays cards n casino type games hence loose money many times, when peoples come to us for asking money my mother pays them from taking loan from bank. My father beats her usually.
This above scenario is going on since last 25 -30 years... now we can't bear it anymore pls help us pls pls sir. As we are feeling very helpless

When it is decided that your mother wants divorce from her husband, you have the need to hire some local lawyer to file the divorce case for your mother.
By the way, what is the source of income of your mother?
Also, which type of loans are taken by your mother from banks to repay the dues of your father to the card & casino players?

Your mother is teacher and must be getting salary.
All children are adult and can be self sufficient.
Don't borrow any more.
Close the loans.
Record the incidences of beating/domestic violence.

Whenever your father beats your mother or threatens lodge complaint with the police for domestic violence.
Lodge complaint with his department.
All sons are adult and should support mother. At this age she is not supposed to bear such treatment from her husband.
At this age it may not be advisable to proceed for divorce.

The conduct is despicable.
If all efforts and mediation have failed then either separate mutually and amicably or approach your counsel.
He is likely to understand the implications when he sees that all of you are firm and his employment and income shall be affected, if you act.

Your mother can start living separate from your father with any of the son possibly out of station.

If your mother has been tolerating then it is primarily for the sake of her children i.e; you.
Once all of your are self sufficient and earning, you can take your mother alongwith you and live peacefully without any intrusion and nuisance.
Record the incidences of beating/domestic violence, for use at any time in appropriate forum.
If legal separation is decided by divorce, within your family, then your own able Local counsel specializing in family matters can guide you anytime.
