Land ( which is received patta under form no -2 ) purchase transaction ( buying/selling) is valid in leagal between the SC and ST community in Karnataka.

Yes sir, I am from ST community, I has purchased land from SC community people and which is received patta under form -2 for sc community people.

Hai sir,
And also I got claarnce from local tasildhar, that while getting phani myself he has order in mutation that, this land will not been allotted to sc/St by govt and also there is no any leagal violation of land reformation act also,
Then he has approved for mutation and got phani in the name of myself also.
So I think it will valid and there is no any problem in future.
