Dear Expects,
I am Mohammed Azharueein from Malaysia my email id mohammedazharueein@gmail.com and my address is block b-18-11 pangsapuri vista serdang jalan kasturi, secken 12, taman bukit serdand. My mobile number +601133162707.
I had invested about 60000USD in an indian company through my broker in an indian company listed in BSE called gemmia oil tech limited. Total shares acquired by us were 120000 shares when the price was @ 25rs in INR before one year. The company is suddenly suspended in BSE and trading had stopped. When i came to india in search of that company, the company is not in their address. I came to know in Mumbai some of the share holders are in process of filing criminal and civil case in mumbai. I used to visit your sites very often and by god's grace i came to know that Mr. Arunagiri is a member of this forum and he is an advocate as well. If advocate Mr. Arunagiri being a director of the company or any one of us provide me the actual company address and guide me to recover our money i would be thankful.

Indian authorities like ROC and SEBI are in process of filing complaint with CBI since all letters to company where returned.
I only want my money back of 60000USD If someone could provide present correct address i will pay fees there want.

Whether company did some business for some time.
If share prices is down due to losses, your claim can succeed and you can get after winding up of the company.

There seems some spelling mistake in the name, if you like to review.

You have further stated, "If advocate Mr. Arunagiri being a director of the company or any one of us provide me the actual company address and guide me to recover our money i would be thankful."
If you want to know only the address of the company, you may better contact the Registrars of the company, the last known address of which is as follows:

However, if you want solution to some other problem, you may better send scanned copy of the broker's invoice/ delivery challan of the shares for some purposeful suggestions.
Hope you would also like to share some more information on the following points, as there seems to be some discrepancy in your information.
1) Whether the shares were delivered to you in physical form or in Demat form?
2) Were the shares purchased on the recommendation of the share broker or on stock market analysis by self?
3) If you purchased the shares through some share broker from the open market, who told you that company has to make refund of the value of shares, if not traded for some time or the company is missing from its address?
4) Was the broker resident of of your city in Malaysia, or of any Indian city (please mention city name)?
5)Did you pay 60000USD directly to the company, broker or any other person?
6) What was the mode of remittance to the company/ person through whom shares were purchased?
7) Whether the value of the shares was paid in MYR, USD or INR?

Dear Mr. Mohammed Azharueein,
Thanks for your clarification about your name. But you have not replied any of my questions. Is there any specific reason that you have avoided to reply my questions?
Please be aware, without basic type of information, you may not be able to get appropriate solution to your real problem.
What I guess, the broker of your shares would have cheated you of your huge money, as shares of any company, intending to get vanished from market, would not have fetched 2.5 time of the face value of the shares, as you stated, "the price was @ 25rs in INR before one year," where the company also seemed to have disappeared at the same time, rather some time earlier in September 2015 after notification to the BSE for postponement of the AGM for 3 months. So, the shares of a disappeared company cannot be believed to have fetched the price Rs.25/- INR, as the news of any vanished company spreads like fire in the stock market and the value of the share dive even to less than a rupee.
