Sir i am balance transferring my home loan to another bank & I have submitted the oc but they are asking for a another oc in which the pipeline, drainage completion has to be mentioned but as per KDMC OC format it is not mentioned. Please give me a solution

OC is issued by the local authority after inspection of the building construction and after satisfying themselves that all the works including electricity, water connections and drainage connections are completed as per approved plans. There is no practice of issuing separate OC for drainage works. If the Bank is insisting for evidence for completion of drainage works u may submit to them architect certificate.
