Bar Council. of india case

Dear experts
In the last year state bar councils send their bars to apply for issuance of certificate of practice along with a process fee of rs 250/ -but with penalty up to 30.06.2017.
But the bar council of A.Pnot accepting when I went to pay the same along with the copies of the certificates staying as the case is pending before the supreme court and hence not accepting. But they have accepted up to November 2016.
Kindly let us know the details of the same.

How details of the same can be provided by experts when you have even not mentioned the name of the State Bar Council. You can maximum make a complaint to Bar Council of India if you smell any ill will.

Dear experts
Please note that as par as my knowledge is concerned all the state bar councils notifyed that all the advocates who are practicing as an Advocate must get the certificate of practice by paying an amount of rs.250.
But I am concerned to the A.P Bar concil. Andhra Pradesh bar council.

Bar Council Rules are common to all the States.State Bar Councils are in Control of BCI.For Certifocate of Practice if you had completed Law before 2011 you need not write the exam conducted by Bar Council other wise you have to pass the exam of BCI and submit all your certificates in originals to be sent for verification to state bar council.Instead of verifying over phone Meet the Bar Council officials of your State in Person.
