sir im a new lawyer i hav 2 opp the bail application in state vs accused & another
along with PP Complainant can u pl guide me how do i prepare my self im going 2 appear 1st time in HC my sr. is not in town i need help since in tis case complainant is poor father of the daughter whose own mother along with others try 2 sell her own daughter
lady herself was also be brought many time by police 4m while she herself trying 2 sell her many time
she is having 3 passport
his date of birth is differ in pan card pass ports, voter id/ bank a/c etc.
sir right now matter is under the below mention sec. can u pl guide me
i'll b thankful u/s363/366/376/506/323/372/373/120B/34
sir is their any citation is avilable 4 such cases where mother along with others trying 2 sell her own daughter etc.

You should insist on the contents of the FIR an reasonable apprehension of absconding of such accused, her involvement in the similar crime once again, her past history of involvement in the crime, her tacts to take undue benefit of Govt, machinery like having different date of births in different documents, apprehension of distorting the evidence and take the witnesses under her influence/coercion etc. All these are sufficient grounds to oppose the bail application moved by such accused.

sir in tis matter lady tried 2 sell her own 11 yr old daughter who is been raped in4nt of her many time she brought back almost aftre 30 months now she is with her father & 12 others r also involve whom 4 police wala is also involve out of these 4 police wala against 2 dept. action is ordered
tis case is contesting by PP
since father of that girl needs add. support so he seek my advice
i gave him best of my knowledge but i want tat girl & her father gets justice so my Novisness in this noble profession will not became reason of unjustified 4 them
tats y im seeking advice of all u experts
& conveying my thanx & regard 2 all of u who helped me
