sir i invest in underconstrution property and paid all consideration - now i not want to area where i investment made in that area my mother having the peoperty hence she sold old property and paid money wholly as i am invested and due to first transfer free builder transfered property to mother and mother legally registred property. what ever
money i invested mother given by cheque or nift so any thing i can do to protect something now

If you want to get refund of the property, refer the terms of agreement to sale.
Generally builders do not accept such demands.

it is conditional investment that family invested money in underconstruction property and name is given to builder after property finish work done first transfer or builder given assurance to cancelled and give registered any body name. HENCE WHEN son required money to invest money in property he like property of mother sold and money given back to family against underconstruction flat which just completed work and mother registered that
