Eligibility for grant of bonus to a central govt. Employees

Sir
If a central govt. employee takes technical resignation and join new department under central govt. , Will he be entitled for full bonus? If so, kindly mention the rule.

He is entitled for the bonus from each department to the extent of total pay he received from each department.
