Sir
My brather hadd bike accidant and now not walk in life on own.
Doctor say u get disability certifikate from court he not give certifikate
what to do how can get disablity certifikate frm court which court.

A disability certificate needs to be issued by the competent doctor or the medical board. It could be that the doctor meant the medical board, not the court.

Your brother should get certificate from district hospital. If procedure exist, can apply on the basis of this certificate to district authorities.
