how to get back seized money from bank account of a company

Respected experts,
I am a victim of fraud by a company.My FIR has been registered and police seize the account of that company.Still investigation is going on and we all know it will take time.Is there any way to get back my money by applying in court.Kindly guide.

You can move an application for de sealing your bank accounts .... there are many case laws on that ....

An investment adviser company has done fraud or cheating with me.As I complained against them in police,a case has been registered and police seize their bank account.Police is still investigating the case,and culprits are not yet arrested.At this moment I want to know if the case has not been solved, if nobody get arrested till then I will not get back money?Or Can I apply in court to get back money,as investigation is not over or finished yet.

My account not seized.But the company account has been seized.
