Last week there was fight among my father and his cousins in the family. I wasn't even there when the fight happened. But both the parties have filed an FIR against each other for beatinh them up.
In FIR, my name is also present even though i was not there. We have got bail from the police statio.
Will this affect my chances of getting the job in bank?

You can certainly apply.
There is NO bar on it.
Don’t conceal anything in any job application, document provided by anyone, affidavit to be signed….
Utilize the time to get cleared/ acquitted, in the matter.
Take help of a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in criminal matters having successful track record to opine and help on the matter.

The matter against you has been initiated with complaint.
Take help as already suggested and get cleared in fair inquiry.
Obtain certified copies of all relevant docs thru RTI and keep these safely.
Subsequently get acquitted preferably from court. Your LOCAL counsel can help.
If you have evidence that you were not available on the day/date/scene of altercation then it should be easy.

The recruiter may have IT’s own view in the matter.
If you have not concealed anything in any document that you are to sign and submit, then you have merits on these counts on your side. The chances of getting relief from court of law (if the need be) may be better.
If you conceal then you would be making your job and your lawyer’s job difficult in matter of your employment.
I shall try and send you some links that you may go thru and pick up relevant points.

Not able to understand views of Mr Kumar doab.
I have simple analysis.
Do not expect offer of appointment till you are honourably acquitted from the case even if you are topper in merit list.

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer who has managed bail for you?

Why are you seeking second opinion of experts based on limited information except the fact it is available FREE OF COST?

The lawyer who managed bail may (or may not) be aware of service matters.
But clear that persons with pending criminal case will be appointed only if honorably acquitted
