It has to be first established that all the three entities in the passport are one and the same

Having more than one passport is an offence its amounts to forgery he can be punished u/s 420,467 I.P.C and special provisions under Indian Passport Act.
mahendrakumar (Expert) 06 April 2010
a person cannot have more than one passport at a time and if known is punishable.

since all passport offices are connected,it is easily detectable if any details like date of birth etc is common.
Adv.Shine Thomas (Expert) 09 April 2010
I agree with the above views.
bhagwat patil (Expert) 10 April 2010
