Partition doubt in agri land

மதிப்பிற்குரிய ஆலோசகர்க்கு,
வணக்கம்.
எனது மாமனாரின் உடன்பிறந்தோர் 3 பேர் ஆண்கள். இதில் என் மாமனார் இரண்டாமவர்.
தற்போது என் மாமனார், அவரது அண்ணன், தம்பி மூவரும் ஒற்றுமையாக அவர்களது தந்தை வாங்கிய
1.75 ஏக்கர் விவசாய நிலத்தை மூன்று பாகமாக பிரித்து பாக கறார் செய்ய உள்ளார்கள். இதில் என்
மாமனாருக்கு எனது மனைவி(age 24) ஒரே மகள்.
தற்போது அவர்கள் செய்யும் பாக கறார்-க்கு எனது மனைவி மற்றும் என் மாமனாரின் அண்ணன்.தம்பிகளின் வாரிசுகளின் கையெழுத்து தேவையில்லை என்கிறார்கள். இது சரியா? என் மனைவியின் தத்தா வாங்கிய சொத்துக்கு என் மனைவிக்கு உரிமையை
எப்படி உறுதிப்படுத்துவது? என் மனைவி மற்றும் எனது சின்ன மாமனார், பெரிய மாமனார் வாரிசுகள் (அனைவரும் மேஜர்) கையழுத்து இல்லாமல் பாக கறார் செய்தால் செல்லுமா?

Respected sir,
My Father-in-law and his two brothers are mutually partition in their father's agriland 1.75 acres. My father-in-law have one daughter. thats my wife(age 24). Now they told that no need of signature from my wife for the agriland partition.
If that partition is valid?
How to stabilize my wife's right?

The above partition is valid.His daughter ie, your wife has got a right in her father's share through intestate-succession.She has no right in her grand-farhers property.
