I am Nagaraju B. 2 Years back I bought built house from one person. He has two sons and daughter. During registration he, his wife and son signed on registration papers. Now I got notice from his daughter on serve number: 120. The house i bought comes under the serve no: 120.She is claiming that it was there ancestral property.
Under serve no: 120 there are many vacant plats. The have sold all of them. This property came from her grand parents. Some please suggest me how to react in this situation.it's urgent.Paying heavy loan every month is paining. She is also got married.

Daughter is also a co-sharer in her ancestral property and she has not sold it and her parents and brother has got it sold to you then definitely such sale-deed is liable to be quashed qua her share.
It is better to make compromise with her.

It's only lawyer notice, not court notice.if she wants file cases against me,is it valid ?or she has to file case againt her mother , father and brother. Please clarify my doubt.

Mr Nagaraju,
Don't worry.
Daughter will get right in the ancestral property if some conditions are complied with. It all depends on amending acts 1990 by the states and 2005 by the parliament.
Please collect and provide following particulars.
1. Which state the property situated?
2. Which year the daughters got married?
3. Whether the property was already partitioned among the family members?
4. If yes, when.
