one person has agriculture land that
agriculture land mortgaged in bank in that land some part can give on gift deed to his daugter

Yes he can give gift but it is always subject to mortgage of Bank

Until and unless mortgaged land is not redeemed, no gift thereon can be made.

with concent of bank he can. anyway the charge goes alongwith properrty. liability of the laon to hte extent of value of property will come to his doughter.

First clear the Mortgaged loan with bank. Then made the gift deed.

Banks generally d not permit the mortgagor to alienate the mortgaged property.

Unless anything contrary to the mortgage agreement, a mortgagor can gift the mortgaged property, but the gift will be subject to the mortgage liability.
