Can sale of property through power of attorney is a valid sale of property???
Whether the reply for the legal notice can be made by us directly through registered post not necessary through our counsel????

Sale of property through a power of attorney is legally valid, provided the power of attorney deed was registered. Also you may directly reply to a legal notice instead of through the counsel. But it's always advisable to give a reply through a lawyer, since a reply needs a sharp reaction to the allegations levelled in the legal notice which can be tackled only by a lawyer who can foresee a future problem and reply accordingly.
