Respected Expert,
Will you pls intimate me how many members of one family can become the members of education society.Also send me all forms and affidavit required for this purpose.

It depends upon how much members have been shown in the society. All members may belong to a single family also. There is no legal hurdle in this regard.

Bye-laws of the society, affidavit of the President, residential proof of the members and the copies of the minute book are required to be affixed with the required fee for registration of such society.

What are the enactments that govern such legalization apart from Registration of Societies Act?

I agreee with Mr. Makkad.For the formation of a society there must have been at least 7 members.A member according to Sec.15 of the Societies Regisration Act is a person who is admitted to the society according to the rules and regulations thereof and who has paid a subscription or has signed the roll or list of members and has not resigned in accordence with the rules and regulations.
