divorse settlement agreement

Dear Members,

In a divorce case both the parties agreed for mutual divorce. They having 2 minor childeres (Female), the husband agreed to put FD in child name.

I need your advice how to move next step? Also pl. give me some Divorce settlement Agreement formats...

there is no such format for the divorce you c an simply make the conditions of divorce and basis of compromise and file a case u/s 13B of Hindu marriage act
