Title suit-affixing and estimate of stampmduty

A Title suit was filed in a lower court along with a misc petition for ordering interim injunction on the property asked to be partitioned.An interim injunction was orderd by Lower court but the order was not served to opp party.Now it seems that stamp duty was not paid on the TS and a notice is likely to be issued.Pl let us know how the stamp duty to be calculated and how it is be paid in the court in the court wile the petitioner is living in another city.If no notice is not received by the petitioner what will happen to the TS. kindly advize.

court fees will differ between state to states.. so better you can consult and clear this with your near by advocate..

Virtually there is no contact with Lawyer and
in the petition no value of the property has been mentioned, and that notice is likely to be issued soon by the court. The case is
in Meghalaya.House property on an area of 3000 sft.Can any one help me amd guide me as how to proceed in the matter.

try to understand that court fees is differ from state to state?

No contact with Lawyer , how to pay the court fees as the lawyer has not mentioned the valuation of the property in the TS
