Vehicle within warranty period.

Respected sirs, a Xylo car is worn out within extended warranty period. Twice clutch plate has been changed and the vehicle was giving one or the other trouble since the day it was bought. The vehicle reading is 40,000 kms. Now client wants compensation from Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd or replacement of the vehicle by the Company. Any case laws regarding this issue?

Client can raise his claim within the extended warranty period.
