A enchroched a govt land adjecent to his AGRICULTURE land 20 years back, what is his right now on this land. can another neighbour interfere in this land , if he disposses a he is liable under 447 ipc.

If X steals a Car from Y, and thereafter Z steals the said car from X, whether X will be in a position to go and complain to the police that Z has stolen from me a Stolen car in my possession?

years has not prescribed any right in you,for that a wait of 10 years is still there,in the mean time you can simply resist your ouster.
