a buyer named "venathagarments" formaly known as "shirnkage fashion" its firm having two partners. in their web site their name & style denote as above address is one and the same. purchased goods as per purchase order of "venathagarments"and issued cheque from "shrinkage fashion" and the cheque was bounced notice issued to said name & style as its and return unserved even intimation given. the magistrate Court needs citation to admit the case. pl sr. experts may advise for any citation regarding this matter

venathagarments a partnership firm was also known as shrinkage fashions and cheque has been issued by shrinkage fashion . if cheque has bounced you cna file compalint against shrinkage fashion .

but you will have to show that name of venatha garments was changed to shrinkage fashions . take search in registrar of firms . whether change in name has been brought on record .

How it is that without prior acquaintance the order is executed against cheque. It is possible that you have taken cheque against order and promised to supply only after cheque is en cashed.
