Obtain warrant again and go to the Police Station to submit warrant with the local Media. Follow up with police keeping media in loop.

Get the warrant executed through SP or Commissioner of Police.

Every body has advised you well. You have many options. But, it is difficult to handle the issue alone.
I would suggest further to approach an NGO working for women who will definitely help you to get your issue sorted out.

Well advised by Mr. Deepak Nair. NGOs may be having their branches at Hoshangabad and through that branch may ensure that the warrant is served is enforced on ur husband.
