Is it illegal to conduct tuiton classes according to India's education laws?

What can the society do if a member conducts tuition classes and creates nuisance to other members?

if a mamber is staying in society he can conduct tution classes .

if member is not staying in society and running tution classes society can by resolution passed in Mangaing Committee restrain him from doing so
