Case is at final stage with last chance to defend. MLC is showing dislocation, 0.5-1.00mm cut, Dr given only tetanus injection & No plaster on the finger No fitness xray no rest prescribed No medicine prescribed. How can we challenge this dislocation is real or false as treatment is not showing any major problem. On what grounds it be challenged in the court or any other Judgment of High Court or Supreme court where the extent of dislocation also mentioned for deciding any case. This case is 18 years old. Pl help me in guiding me.

in my opinion the doctar concerned has written exectly what kind of injury the victim had sustained in his mlc. So your plea that no medicin was prascribed or no advice to plastar the bone is not at all good defense. But u may find out some other kind of points if the mlc had not contained the case no or the hospital reg no or the signature of the police personal who identify the victim etc. It may be proved as batter defense if u find something like that.
