Advice in civil case

Dear All

Please provide me the suggestion for the below mentioned query.

in a Civil Case, Judge has rejected the Temporary Injunction for Plaintiff, but plaintiff is in the location not vacating the property.

Please advice what is next step to be done by Defendants.

Plaintiff had requested court for Temp Injunction for the property which has been rejected by the Judge, they are still in the property.

Please advice me to how to Vacate the Plaintiff through court(Next Step)

Court did not order to vacate, so he will not vacate. Inj is rejected..

Injunction was sought by plaintiff in possession against you and rejected.

If you have title you need to file either a fresh suit of possession or a counterclaim in the same suit if still possible.

Or as unrestrained you are free to use force inviting criminal law to gear with action against you.

Better breath cool as plaintiff would file appeal.

You did not state about title of property in suit.
