Reg:role evidence in trial court

Gud evening sir,
I was accused in false 498a case I came on bail and my family members got anticipatory bail just one week back I/O had submitted first charge sheet to the court.So, sir my query is that during trial the court will ask to produce evidence and witness by person who made complaint on me or not And incase if the complaint person did not produced the evidence and witness so at this situation the trial court how they will respond to this case. waiting for your valuable information.

If the prosecution could not prove the charges then you would be acquitted.
They shall have to depose anyway.

How can you say that the prosecution shall fail to bring any evidence against you? You have obtained the bail just one week ago and charge-sheet is yet to be submitted so don't think over such issues rather prepare to honesty defend your case with the help of competent lawyer.
