i have a property of 8 acres. as my husband is a gambler he has sold all the properties he had and also made a lot of loans. now he is harassing me to write the property in my name to his name. he has taken over my property and not letting me go into my land.
so how can i get an injunction against him?? what should i do??

If he is restraining you from entering you in your land you can file a civil suit against him and obtain injunction restraining him from doing so.

if you have children write a gift deed well drafted by a lawyer and also you can do as others said

by doing so, will i be able to move him out of my land?? if not, he will keep on harassing me to write the land to his name. actually it is a farm. he takes all the income from the land to gamble. so how can i stop him doing this??

TO TAKE HIM TO TASK FILE A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE ALSO AGAINST HIM IN ADDITION TO INJUNCTION SUIT.
HE SHALL GET BACK TO DESTINATION HE MUST BE.

IF YOU HAVE TITLE DOCUMENTS TO PROVE YOUR OWNERSHIP,COURT WOULD GRANT YOU THE RELIEF OF INTERIM TEMPORARY INJUNCTION FOR SUIT PERIOD ON JUST DAY 01,I MEAN JUST ON THE DAY OF FILING. AFTER HEARING BOTH OF YOU AFTER RECORDING EVIDENCE COURT SHALL GRANT YOU PERPETUAL INJUNCTION ALSO.
BUT FIGHT HIM ON DV FRONT ALSO.

BUT can he ask for a part of the land as he will be left without any?? after what he has done i do not want him to get even a penny. and also can i file a case against him on the grounds of gambling?? i have proofs that he gambles.

do what prabhkar singhji has suggested . since he gambles away all the money earned through the farm and does not leave any money for meeting the basic household requirements and is forcing you to sign away land documents DV case would be apt . contact a local lawyer . he will guide you .

NO!HE HAS NO RIGHT TO ASK.
