No Response after purchase from Italy

We buyed a mechanical goods from italy company called RTH .
They had a office in India and a manager also.
The problem was equipment had got problem , we are asking for spares and technical support.
Neither his manager is responding nor from the company.
Second issue .
We placed a order to the same company division is different value nearly 14000 euro.
We paid the 100 percent amount also.
As per terms the delivery should be 3 to 4th week,but it was almost 5th week complete.
No response from there end.
We are keep on putting the mails and calling is manager but no use.
Here I am to sell the goods, my party wants to cancel the order .
What action I can take on them.

semd a legal notice through a lawyer to company and same send via mail to company's headquarter,

thus those goods are not available at your place and where is that manager is located issue a legal notice to the company name and if you know there boss name as party and the manager as another party

Contact a lawyer.Issue legal notice to be served upon co's office in India claiming damages caused and in case they do not response file a lawsuit in court of jurisdiction provided there is no arbitration agreement between you two.

what were the terms of contract ? what is the clause regarding jurisdciction in the vent of any disputes arising between parties . you have to contact a local lawyer and act as per his advise

Check whether there is any arbitration agreement. Else civil suit would lie.
