Thanks to all for nice suggetions.
but still in tense as she told me many things
that she want hubby who has his own house
and should have good earning i am just earning 15k to 20k. i am from sc cast and she dont want to come in sc cast she is from khatri cast.she told me that she do not want to change her surname and lifestyle .at present she is living in good standerd she want me to give her that type of standerd and life style.she has car but she do not earn at present.she has fix deposite arround 15L.and she just living on intrest and some time if expense increases.she broke her Fix Deposit.because she want to live in rich only. thats the reason she do not want to marry me.and she told me if i will not be in live relation as the way she want then she will make my and my familiese life hell.she will drag me to court and put case of raped that i have used her for physical relation only. now tell me dear all, what should i do?shall get jailed if she put case on me if yes then how many years i will get jailed please give suggetions.thanks

before marriage only she told all those rules and regulations means after marriage your family will have very tough time better to avoid her slowly and make her understand that you cannot afford to give what all she is expecting from you the rich things

contact a local lawyer . from limited facts narrated by you it appears that your girl friend does not want to marry you rather she wants an affair as you dont have house, car and belong to sc .
dont agree to live in relation ship . reiterate offer of marriage . if at all you had sexual relations it was by consent and you want to marry her but she refuses . let her file any case she wants

You need not worry but start ignoring her slowly as if you move fast, she may definitely create problem for you and police is very vigil these days on such issues so completely avoid physical relations henceforth and reduce caring her and let a day come when she herself shall start ignoring you and then you can take the sigh of relief.

i had spent many years with her i was with her arround 6-7 years and i have tried many time to be seprate with her but some how she managed to stay with her even my mistake also is there that i didn't stand on my statement that i should not be with her.but she always says we can be a good friend and i come to her words and again start our relation.and i come in trouble.i want to be with her just for justice coz i had physical relation with her and after marriadge also it will create many problems in our life.coz she wants a standerd life and i have habit to live in any situation wheather financial problem but she always want that she should spent her life in rich only.she is not ready to live with me in this situation.she want car,big house and all. and i am not full fill her needs coz i am from poor family and i am happy with them just the mistake of physical relation i am with her and want to give her justice by marry with her but she do not want to marry me and want just live in relation. i want to move on but she threatens me by telling file rape case on me.and also said she has consulted with her lawyer that lowyer told her that i will get jailed for 1 & half year.

Thank you V R Shroff Sir and Thanks to all i got a valuable guidence and support from you all.i should have to move on and have decided after spent few months will get married asap.
and will cut off all contacts with her.
coz of this (Live in Relation) i am still strugling for my carreer.have spent many valuable years for this relation.
