Property rights of a illigitimate child

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 22 July 2013 This query is : Resolved
dear sir,
my question is,
''a lady had a child by her husbond, after three years her husbond was dead. After that she had sexual relationship with someone, by that kind of relationship she gave birth to a child.''
my confusion is, is that second child will get the share in that lady's husbond's property?

Mr.Prabhakar Singhji, the person aggrieved in this query is the son of a lady who took birth after the demise of husband of that lady. There is no role of the child in the process. Hence look into the query in a different angle.

I agree with your answer "no".

As she inherited property from her husband, she became owner, and thereafter the child was born, who can claim property right from her share.

So ultimately, child get the share in that lady's husband's property thru mother.

1st child have double the share of second child.
