Share in ancestor & self aquired property of garndfather

my grand father had 5 sons, he had purchased 6 gunths land on which my 3 uncles build house by denying share to 2 brothers including my father can i claim share in that house?
my garnd father had ancestor property 7 acres land. my father's name is there in land record as heir, if i have to include my name what should i do?
i have file civil suit for partition and seperate possesion. which documents i need to procure from which officer i.e. designation?
how many years these types of suits take?

thanks for prompt reply.
this land is in maharashtra so my question is what is that specific time limit to dispose off the civil suit.
in india civil suits goes on for genarations as you know.

There is no specific time limit to dispose of a civil suit.

There is no time limit to finalize the civil suit, however, every court nowadays try to dispose off the civil suits at the earliest.

You can not claim share in houses built by uncles but can claim in land acquired by your grandfather in 6 gunthas as well as in 7 acres .You have filed suit for partition.
You need documents by which your grandfather
acquired and got his name mutated in revenue records.About time you already know what we know addressin nadeem you have expressed the knowledge"in india civil suits goes on for generations as you know."
