Gift deed

Hello
can any one help me,
if "A" has gifted the property to "B" by Gift deed and after some years Now "B" can gift the same property to "A" by gift deed.
if yes then what is the procedure to be followed.

B has to execute gift deed in favour of A . document has to be stamped and regd

The same procedure which has ben adopted while gifting the property has again to be applied but the roles shall get changed now.

But still sir can you tel me the Stamp Duty will be same as per the value of the present market rate or it will be less.
