Dear Sir,

I have registered a property on 10th June 2013 as per the rate based on super built up area and according to the new bill we are suppose to pay for the carpet area. What is advisable for me in this case can i claim for refunded of the extra amount form the registrar. Please provide your advice

it's only a Bill yet not get consent of president & notified in Official Gazette of Govt. of india, after all these formalities the Bill may become the act & applicable.

You cannot claim for the refund as no excess amount had been paid by you. The law prevailing on the dy of the registration has to be followed.
