i am living seperate for one and half year from my husband .i hv a baby boy age 3 years.maine complaint women cell me di thi.bt unhone kuch nai kiya.woh mujhe chodna chahta hai,bacha apne pas rakhna nai chahta.agar case lagati hu to 6-7 saal latkna pdega.woh 2nd marriage ki dhamki bhi deta hai.i want to get back my home.kya koi tarika hai jis zarie se husband ko force kiya ja skta hai ki woh mujhe apne ghar rakhe.kya main use bacha de skti hu kisi tarike.kya mere bache ka aur mera property me hissa banta hai

You should file an application for restitution of conjugal rights before district family court and also file an application to claim maintenance u/s 125 of the Cr.PC. Your child has right in his property.He can't marry without decree of divorce.
These procedures are not legnthy. You should take help of a Local Lawyer and move aaplications immediately otherwise he will take benefits of living separetely for more than 2 years.
