the decree holder is beloning to ludhiana [punjab] and the judgment deebitor is beloning to ambala [ haryana] the decree holder had filed aexecution at the ludhiana court inquestion to that the honorable court of ludhiana had attached saving accunt of judgement debitor at Ambala kindly let me know wheter the court had got power to attach the account/ property of judgement debitor out of state if yet under which provision of law do guide me what to do

The decree can be transferred to the court where the property to be attached for the purpose of execution of decree.
