Hi Experts
My friend has opened a studio for purpose of animation,editing,film production,etc,all these work with someone.
Now he wants to register this.What the process? can it be registered just as company?
pls guide the process?

yes she can start the business by individual the start as proprietorship firm , or with some one then by partnership firm. If plan to start big scale then go with pvt ltd .Need to register with all related statuary body Better to consult local consultant and proceed accordingly

yes she started with one of his friend..so its partnership firm..
can u tell the procedure of its registeration pls sir..office is in mumbai..
also if they want to make it pvt ltd then how many ppl they need and is process of registeration of company and registeration of firm is diffrent?

He can register the firm, as a proprietory firm or partnership firm, or a small & medium entity, an LLP, or a private limited company, or a public limited company, as he wishes, but all depends upon the detail about the capital involved and the constitution of the firm, which you have not provided in your query.
