if lady kicked out from her matrimony home by her husband, mother in- law and sisters in laws. and they all captured her two children i.e. girl child 6 years and son is 3.5 years. what should she do. if she got in court for children custody, what will the procedure and main point is that what time it will take to take back custody of both children by process of court.
in such situation what is the best solution. whether she should come her parents house with both the children anyhow by misguide all the members of her matrimony home. or she can easely take the custody of children by court without spending time.
what time it will take for custody of the children by the court.
her parents house and metromonial home is in different state. Pl. suggest,

She can file suit for custody of the child under Guardians and Wards Act.
She needs to consult a lawyer to do this.
If she can get access of the children , then better take them with her and later refusing to hand-over.
Suit for custody does not yield immediate result.

mother will get custody immediately on approaching Police Station + Mahila Suraksha Org. NO COST.

The remedy wll need immediately the approach the police . With the help of them , the mother can get custody of children
