Help me I am Facing a False Molestation Case

Please help me.
Sir I had a fight with a lady outside my office area where my bike accidently hit her. I immediately apologised to her but she went on abusing me and when I lost my temper I too argued that is when she abused my parents. I lost my temper and had a fight with her. My colleague too was with me who know I am innocent. When people gathered We both went to Police station where she filed Molestation case against me. I too have decided to fight the case and aviod any compramise and throw her into jail for false case against me. i also want harrasment compensation from her. Police questioned me a long time and left me with some conditions. We have Cctv in that area where my bike hit her. Hence i have no fear. I swear I even didn't touch her. I told police to get cctv footage and check.

Please suggest me what should I do know.
I want to file IPC 211, 182, 500 and criminal conspiracy against her. Please guide me.

Ajay Sethi Sir plz understand my situation. My name is Sharath Rajan from Mumbai.

Please help me to get out of this case and also to teach her a lesson for filing false molestation case on Me. I swaer I haven't touched her but she acted like an illetrate even when I apologised. I want to make sure she doesn't walk free from Court and lands in jail.

I want harrasment comprensation from her and also want revenge on her for abusing my parents and falsely implicating me In Police case. Police have summoned me again. Iam in hunt for a lawyer to get bail from court before matters worse. My parents will be torn if they come to know these.

Can I sue the Inspector for falsely registering FIR against me without any proof. He should have conducted preliminary Investigation before dancing on a that Lady's order to register FIR and she took a copy of it with her. It will a black dot on my carrer. Money is not a matter for me now I want Justice by throwing her inside jail for her wrongdoings.

Am first time in a Police case. Help please.

Thank very much for answering.

Outraging her Modesty which I never did. Police say they are investigating and are forcing me to visit Police station every time and my entire day gets wasted there. My job schedule is affected because if i ignore summones they warned me of arrest. My colleague and 4 people who were present there have supported me while 2 of the ladies over there deposed against me. I don't know how they gave statement against me that I touched her inappropriately. I agree my mistake of accidently hitting her with my bike and said sorry to her but i didn't touch her. Then how can she say i Molested her. I told Cops to get cctv footage no need of recording statements but they are arrogant and threatens me saying don't teach them what to do and what not to. I want to sue the Sub Inspector, PSI and that lady also for harrasment. I have made up my mind. But I fear if my Mom Dad comes to know these things I don't know how will they react. Moreover my future will be destroyed if I get arrested. Luckly Police didn't arrest me as soon as FIR was registered against me. Thank God a lot.

What legal options I have to get that lady jailed and then will go back of Police for harrasing me.

I have decided to start a legal battle against all 3 of them. I will go to Supreme Court but wont compramise. I want her jailed for false case.

It appears FIR is registered. if it is so then first take bail and then fight the case on merit.

you dont need to sue police inspector . cops have to lodge FIr if lady complains of molestation . in addition 2 other ladies have given statement against you . better fight case on merits

Yes am applying for bail. But tell me legal options to punish her too for false case. Can I file Ipc211 against her? Ofcourse have to approach lawyer but want advice to teach her a lesson. I will prove my innocene in court but then what??

I want harrasment compensation from that lady and she should be punished for false case. What Ipc sections should I file.??

First you get out of trouble where she has successfully invited you.

The facts described by you indicate that the CCTV footage will be good evidence against you because charges against you are not false (as apparent) though you have been provoked to behave so.
